FAQs

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointment scheduling is easy!

1. Fill out the online behavioral questionnaire(s) & new patient forms for your pet. FIND NEW PATIENT FORMS HERE >>

2. Have your primary care veterinarian send us your pet’s full medical records, including any lab work that has been performed. Understanding your pet’s medical history is critical to appropriately diagnose and treat your pet. Our Vet Referral Portal makes this a simple process!

3. Once you have completed your online questionnaire and had your primary care vet’s records transferred to us, you can schedule your appointment HERE.

Who should attend the appointment(s)?

All family members are encouraged to attend the appointment(s)!

What should I bring to my appointments?

All you need to bring to the appointment is your pet. Your cat will need to arrive in a crate, and dogs need to be secured on a leash. You can also bring your pet’s favorite treats or toy

Will the doctors perform an exam on my pet?

If it is deemed safe, your pet will receive a full physical exam. If your pet is highly stressed or a safety concern for an examination, a visual exam only will occur. On visual exam, the doctors can assess gait, body condition, and some skin or dental clinical disease signs.

Will any tests be performed on my pet?

We will not perform any testing on your pet. If lab work, radiographs or any other additional testing are recommended, they can be performed at your primary care veterinarian.
